Job summary

INFRASOURCE SERVICES LLC invites motivated students to join our Associate Project Manager Internship at our Sumner, WA headquarters for Summer 2027. The 8–10 week program provides hands-on experience across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of utility construction projects under seasoned Project Managers.

You will gain exposure to construction design, schedules, budgets, and progress reporting while contributing to real project outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled student pursuing a Construction Management program.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review project costs, schedules, safety, quality, and completion.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining construction progress reports, re-projections, and project files.
• Contribute to development of project estimates, pricing, and schedules.
• Aid in creating and maintaining schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain cash flows, monthly billing, and help with change orders.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, crews, and foremen.
• Monitor and report on project health and safety considerations.
