Job summary

KnowBe4, located in the greater Tampa Bay area with a Clearwater, FL office, is offering a paid internship for an Associate Product Manager. The program provides training, onboarding, and development workshops, plus exposure to senior executives during AMA sessions.

The intern will support product management in shaping the human risk management platform. The internship runs May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027, a 12-week program with relocation/lodging responsibilities if needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and working toward a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a similar collegiate program.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized and result‑oriented.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the world of cybersecurity awareness, focusing on single features that have a direct impact on users' learning experiences.
• Hone research skills by conducting surveys and interviews to understand evolving user needs amid changing threats.
• Craft functional specifications that bring security awareness scenarios to life and resonate with diverse user personas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality and contribute to product futures.
