Related is seeking a Summer Analyst for its Affordable Portfolio Management team in New York. The internship focuses on portfolio and asset management, NOI/procurement, and data management with a property-specific evaluation project spanning the term.

The program trains future leaders in real estate, offering hands-on projects, reporting opportunities, and exposure to a premier privately-owned real estate firm.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-Spring 2028
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate Finance or Real Estate Development
• A strong passion for real estate development
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of asset management processes to enhance portfolio performance
• Assist with underwriting and financial analysis projects
• Support the team in managing and facilitating disposition and refinancing transactions
• Monitor occupancy and delinquency rates for active portfolios
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing NOI through procurement strategies
• Assist the team with any ad hoc projects
