Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship in the United States. You will gain hands‑on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs, initiatives, and outcomes.

As part of the Evaluation Analytics team, you will analyze data with SAS and R, prepare reports, and translate findings into actionable insights to inform organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree full or part‑time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and stakeholders in planning assignments and solving day‑to‑day problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with daily objectives and receive guidance from senior personnel.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementing unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
