Job summary

Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to immerse you in applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs and business outcomes.

As part of the Evaluation Analytics team you will work with researchers and leaders to assess program effectiveness, analyze health data using SAS and R, and translate findings into actionable insights supporting organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders in planning and execution of assignments.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives from senior staff.
• Undertake and participate in projects designed to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs aligned with operating unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
