Highmark Health invites applicants to the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to gain hands‑on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methodologies to evaluate healthcare programs and outcomes.

As a member of the Evaluation Analytics team, interns will work with researchers and leaders to assess effectiveness, conduct analyses using SAS and R, and translate findings into actionable insights for decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part‑time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and internal/external constituencies in planning assignments.
• Under supervision, provide professional services to day‑to‑day operating objectives of the area.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
