Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship in the United States. The program provides hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs, initiatives, and business outcomes.

As a member of the Evaluation Analytics team, interns work with researchers, analysts, and business leaders to assess effectiveness and outcomes, gaining exposure to health services research, data analysis, and evidence-based

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and other stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives and receive guidance from senior personnel.
Undertake and participate in projects designed to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization's needs.
Participate in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting for action as requested by management.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs suitable to the operating unit’s objectives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
