Job summary

Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to expose graduate students to healthcare program evaluation and data-driven decision making. You will work with researchers and business leaders to analyze outcomes, conduct studies, and translate findings into actionable insights for organizational strategy.

Responsibilities include supporting analytical projects, performing statistical analyses with SAS and R, and presenting results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Pursuit of a graduate degree full- or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day analytical and research activities.
• Participate in evaluation studies and strategic projects.
• Conduct statistical analyses using SAS and R and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of recommendations to improve healthcare quality, affordability, and population health.
