Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA or BS in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the financial industry, particularly alternative asset management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and convey complex financial concepts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and product teams by preparing presentations, pitch materials, ad-hoc requests, and bespoke projects.
• Assist with client communications, ensure timely follow-up, and coordinate with Marketing to distribute thought leadership materials.
• Customize marketing content and talking points for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Coordinate group investor meetings and roadshows, ensuring smooth execution.
• Compile market data and incorporate research into investor presentations and marketing materials.
• Write and review meeting memos, and assist with client meeting preparation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for potential fund launches and investor relationships (Salesforce).
• Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress and identify improvements.
• Develop investment acumen by learning Apollo’s positioning and results across the capital structure.
• Collaborate across Apollo teams and contribute to firm-wide goals and culture.
• Learn to communicate complex financial concepts simply and effectively.
