Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA or BS in finance, business, economics, or related field from an undergraduate institution with strong academic achievement.
• Strong interest in the financial industry, particularly alternative asset management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand and convey complex financial concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Eager to learn, with a strong work ethic; exercising integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build product and market knowledge; learn to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Draft client-facing collateral, including fund and investor presentations, white papers, quarterly reports, and more.
• Partner with senior Product Specialists to prepare materials for investor meetings and conferences.
• Assist senior executives with strategic business projects and firm-wide initiatives.
• Respond to investor inquiries and requests including ad-hoc client questions and investment updates.
• Maintain investment and performance data, track investor pipeline details.
• Support development and distribution of marketing and investor communications.
• Analyze large data sets to prepare tailored responses and compile regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing professionals to grow Apollo’s products.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
