Job summary

Apollo Global Engineering is seeking Summer Analysts to contribute and impact tomorrow's Technology. Our 10-week program offers immersion into small, dynamic teams that drive Apollo's investment strategies, with opportunities in New York, Austin and El Segundo.

You will collaborate with investment professionals, research and implement streamlined technologies, and interface with multiple technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, SE, CE, or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, Java, C#, or JS/TS.
• Solid data structures and OO programming knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git and core software development concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication; able to collaborate in a team.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership and ask good questions.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement streamlined technologies across all business lines.
• Utilize modern technology to develop solutions and platforms for the organization.
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
• Lead investigation of ideas and facilitate execution of discovery efforts including proofs of concept.
• Act as an innovation liaison for stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Remove roadblocks that impede time to value on innovation ideas.
• Share successful experiments across the enterprise to identify new use cases.
