• Support Commercial Relationship Managers in analyzing CRE and business lending opportunities.
• Maintain an assigned loan portfolio as a secondary Relationship Manager.
• Prepare financial statement spreads and debt service analyses.
• Develop credit authorizations and present analyses of borrowers.
• Identify customer needs and develop cross-sell opportunities.
• Refer lending opportunities to appropriate lending staff.
• Obtain financial information from customers for underwriting purposes.
• Monitor borrower compliance with loan covenants.
• Prepare financial projections and track lending pipeline.
