• Review and analyze personal credit bureau information.
• Prepare debt service coverage ratio and DTI.
• Prepare collateral analysis for CRE and C&I loans.
• Prepare accounts receivable, payable and inventory concentration, and analysis charts for loan presentations.
• Prepare OLC minutes.
• Perform industry analysis for loan presentations.
• Conference calls and customer site visits with loan officers.
• Prepare annual renewal of a loan request for loan officer signature.
• Prepare annual renewal of a loan request for OLC approval.
• Scanning loan documents in Synergy.
