Responsibilities

• Perform financial underwriting and due diligence for affordable acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare tax-exempt bond and LIHTC applications for live deals.
• Track rehab progress on ongoing processes.
• Assist with site visits and asset management of existing portfolio.
• Monitor construction costs, budgeting, and deliverable timelines.
