Job summary

QuadReal Property Group in New York City seeks a Summer Analyst for U.S. Real Estate Debt to assist with analysis, underwriting and due diligence of new investments, and to monitor existing portfolio investments.

You will build cashflow and valuation models, conduct market research, and prepare investment memorandums under guidance from the Associate, U.S. Debt Investments, gaining exposure to QuadReal’s U.S. debt platform and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing university degree in Real Estate, Finance, Math/Stats, CS or Economics.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented with data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Organized, able to meet deadlines, adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis, underwriting and preparation of investment memoranda.
• Perform due diligence on investment documents and market data.
• Conduct market research using external databases and industry discussions.
• Create and maintain cashflow and valuation models for opportunities.
• Support monitoring of existing investments.
• Adhere to compliance and risk management policies.
