Tri-County Ag invites passionate students to join our summer agronomy internship. You will learn hands-on while assisting with crop scouting, soil sampling, and field research, gaining exposure to our test plot program and agronomy sales team.

You will shadow sales specialists and interact with growers to deliver practical agronomic information. This paid internship emphasizes learning, mentorship, and collaboration, with opportunities to participate in industry tours and various learning

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and hardworking with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in agronomy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be pursuing an agriculture degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crop scouting and present findings to the sales team.
• Collaborate on test plot programs and field research.
• Learn soil sampling and grid soil sampling techniques.
• Assist with seed treatment, product delivery, and warehouse tasks.
• Engage in in-field agronomy updates, job shadows, and networking with industry leaders.
