Job summary

Ag Partners invites motivated students to join our Agronomy Operations Internship at multiple locations for the summer, May through August. You will gain hands-on experience in product delivery, maintenance, and inventory alongside experienced staff.

The internship offers mentorship, real-world exposure, and opportunities to build industry connections within a strong member-owned cooperative serving communities in Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in an agricultural related major or program.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and tools weighing 50–60 pounds.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak season, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside agronomy operations staff to safely deliver and distribute agronomy products.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections to reduce equipment downtime.
• Assist with in-season operations, including seed duties, delivery, sorting, and product returns.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Engage in internship networking and development opportunities.
• Frequently move, lift, and carry boxes and tools weighing 50–60 pounds.
• Able to work extended hours during peak busy season, including weekends.

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in an agricultural related major
