Qualifications

• Currently a student with one year left before graduation.
• Bachelor's degree field in progress and/or related agronomy experience.
• Summer crop scouting or ag retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits with customers and gather operation information.
• Document customer information and share with crop specialists.
• Scout crops using precision tools and report findings.
• Support integrated pest management recommendations.
• Present research results in conclusion meetings.
