Job summary

Tri-County Ag is offering a summer agronomy internship designed to give hands-on experience in crop scouting, soil sampling, and field research. Interns will work with the sales team, learn about test plots, and gain exposure to warehouse operations and product delivery in a collaborative environment.

You do not need prior agronomy experience, but a strong willingness to learn is essential. Applicants should be pursuing an agriculture degree and possess a valid driver’s license, with housing

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a 2-year or 4-year college degree in agriculture.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a hands-on agronomy internship.
• Demonstrates teamwork and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Crop scouting and presenting findings to sales team and producers.
• Assist with test plot program and field research.
• Conduct grid soil sampling and learn soil fertility fundamentals.
• Assist with seed treatments, product delivery, and warehouse tasks.
• Participate in learning opportunities across departments and expand agronomy knowledge.
