Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a Summer Adventure/Recreation Guide to assist with aerial adventure courses, climbing wall, archery, and Fieldhouse. You will teach safety and operation, maintain equipment, and support staff under the supervision of the Chief of Summer Staff.

The role emphasizes Christian mission alignment, with duties including program facilitation, guest engagement, and adherence to camp guidelines in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; some college experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required before arriving at camp.
• Prior experience with Adventure and Recreation activities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, clean up, and operate aerial adventure courses, climbing wall, archery and Fieldhouse daily.
• Provide instruction to guests regarding safety and operation of programs to ensure safety and smooth operation.
• Ensure maintenance and inspection of all equipment to ensure safety of staff and guests.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
