Job summary

CDPHP is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns will participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and be mentored by their managers.

The program covers multiple tracks across business, IT, analytics, marketing, and more, with a focus on transitioning to a corporate environment. The internship runs from early June to late August, up to 40 hours per week, and housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of college enrollment (full-time undergraduate/graduate status).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned divisions with data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Create and deliver presentations on internship projects at the end of the program.
• Work with a mentor to contribute to strategic projects and departmental priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies throughout the internship.
