Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• US Persons status is required.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with basic accounting software or accounting spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
• Support financial data and report preparation, such as sales and gross margin reports by customer and product line financial statements.
• Assist with annual operating plan schedules and other reports as needed.
• Collect data to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
• Carry out other related duties as required.
