Job summary

Koch invites you to join as a Summer 2028 Tax Intern to gain hands-on experience in a global, entrepreneurial environment. You will work with senior tax professionals on meaningful projects and learn Principle Based Management™ while contributing to real-world tax initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

The internship runs full-time in person, starting May 2028, with opportunities to explore concentrations in Global Tax Reporting, Tax Accounting, and Tax Transformation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting/Finance/Economics or related business degree program and expected to graduate.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in person during the Summer 2028 internship
• Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2029
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the business to understand operations and identify tax opportunities.
• Participate in training programs that introduce key tax concepts and industry-leading software.
• Partner with tax professionals to analyze business transactions and support strategic decisions.
• Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world tax and business challenges.
• Strengthen your analytical and communication skills through project work.
