Job summary

David Weekley Homes in Charlotte, NC is seeking a New Home Sales Intern to gain hands-on experience in new home sales while supporting the team.

You'll participate in classroom training and shadowing, covering marketing, prospecting, customer service and qualifying potential buyers. Weekend and some evenings work is required; housing in the greater Charlotte area is a prerequisite for the duration of the internship.

• Must be enrolled in a college program and interested in starting a career in New Home Sales.
• Available to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• participate in classroom and hands-on training and shadowing in the day-to-day life of a New Home Sales Consultant.
• Assist with marketing, prospecting, customer service, and greeting and qualifying prospective home buyers.

Responsibilities:

Sales Interns will participate in a combination of classroom, hands-on training as well as shadowing.You will be exposed to and have the opportunity to participate in the day-in-the-life of a New Home Sales Consultant which includes marketing, prospecting, customer service, and greeting and qualifying prospective home buyers.
