The Larry H. Miller Company is seeking a Commercial Development Intern for Summer 2027 at our Sandy, Utah location. Commercial Development Intern

We are looking for a dynamic intern who is eager to learn about Larry H. Miller Real Estate, real estate investment, and development, by assisting the Commercial Real Estate Department. Under general supervision of the Commercial Real Estate team, the intern will work on a variety of assignments to provide general support to the department. The intern’s assignments will make a positive contribution to the Larry H. Miller Real Estate company as well as give the intern opportunities to gain “hands on” work experience with the intent of training the intern for the potential of starting a successful career after graduation.

Ideal candidates will be smart, ambitious, and hard-working with a good understanding of financial analysis and real estate concepts. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, understand financial modeling, and in articulating and presenting strategic recommendations. This opportunity is a great opportunity to learn, gain experience, and to contribute to impactful project in the Larry H. Miller Real Estate portfolio.

The internship will be held at the Larry H. Miller Real Estate Sandy, Utah location. This internship is ineligible to receive the employee benefits to which regular company employees are entitled.

• Duration: May 10, 2027 – August 6, 2027
• $22.00 hourly
• Part-time status (25 -29 hours on average)
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College program; preferred majors are business, finance, accounting or real estate development
• Must be able to commute to and from Sandy, Utah office

Primary Duties

• Project research and strategic business planning around current and future LHM developments
• Financial and market analysis
• Participate in development meetings and offer recommendations
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements

• Primarily an in-office setting; required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. independently
