CNO Financial Group, Inc. invites applications for a Marketing Brand Development Intern for 2027. This paid internship will work remotely from any US time zone (EST/CST alignment with business hours).

You will support brand materials, content creation, and campaign analytics while gaining exposure to digital, print, and web channels. The role seeks a student pursuing a bachelor's in marketing or communications, with a preference for those in Central/Eastern time zones and a summer 10–12 week

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• Rising junior or rising senior (approx. graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2029).
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred or willing to work Central/Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Support development of marketing and communication materials across digital, print, and social channels.
• Assist with content creation, proofreading, and editing to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights.
• Help update website content and marketing collateral.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and community events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on marketing projects.
• Gain exposure to brand strategy, customer communications, and marketing analytics.

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Marketing Brand Development Intern to work alongside our experienced Brand Development associates, assisting with day‑to‑day work within the department.

What you need (Minimum requirements):

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approximate graduation dates of December 2027–June 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
