Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship in Everett, WA offers university students a paid, 12-week program to build leadership and business skills. You'll work full-time 40 hours/week in a team-based setting, handling projects that mirror the tasks of first- and second-year professionals.

Starting May or June 2027, interns gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer engagement, and marketing strategy while earning $20.77 per hour.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in full-time bachelor's program graduating July 2027–June 2028.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week commitment starting May 17 or June 14, 2027.
• Enrolled at a Washington state college/university.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 civil moving violations in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

This position offers hourly compensation of $20.77 per hour.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 ( Dates are non-negotiable ).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
