Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for a Management Internship in the Bellingham, WA area. The paid, full-time 12-week program starts on one of two fixed dates and pays 20.00 USD per hour.

You will learn to run a business, develop leadership skills, and gain real-world experience alongside professionals. From day one you’ll tackle challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time staff, in a team-based environment.

Details

• This position offers hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour.
• This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 (Dates are non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
