Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship in Bluffton, SC offers hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and customer interactions. As a paid intern, you’ll work alongside our management team, tackle real projects, and build skills that distinguish you in the job market.

You’ll rotate through daily responsibilities, learn fleet management basics, marketing approaches, and teamwork, with a 10–12 week commitment at 40 hours per week and a starting date in late May 2027.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor\'s degree in December 2027 or May 2028.
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience.
• Valid driver\'s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start May 25, 2027 and commit to 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks.

This Internship opportunity is located at our Bluffton branch and supports business throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Hardeeville, Okatie, Jasper County, Beaufort County, and surrounding Lowcountry communities.

This position pays $18 / hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
