Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a motivated student for its Management Internship in Charleston, SC. You will learn what it takes to run a successful business and gain leadership skills from day one, with peers by your side in a team-based environment.

This Summer Internship offers compensation of $18 / hour and is located at an office in the Charleston, SC area. Interns take on challenges alongside first/second year professionals and have opportunities for incentives and growth.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating Aug/Dec 2027 or May 2028
• Must have 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future
• Must be available to start May 25 2027 and be able to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through real-world projects.
• Help run day-to-day operations and assist in fleet management.
• Engage with customers, build relationships, and support marketing efforts.
• Participate in intern projects and peer competitions; eligible for incentives.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Responsibilities When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to start May 25th 2027 and have the availability to work 40 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
