Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in the Spartanburg, SC area. You will gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies.

Current university students graduating in 2027 or 2028, with at least 6 months of related experience, are encouraged to apply. The program is 10–12 weeks long, requiring about 40 hours per week, with potential performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college/university student graduating August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI conviction on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start May 25, 2027 and able to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, and to take care of customers; develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers during the internship.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This Summer Internship offers compensation of $18 / hour and is located at an office in the Spartanburg, SC area.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to start May 25th 2027 and have the availability to work 40 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
