Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in the Florence, SC area. You will learn what it takes to run a business and gain leadership skills while supporting customers and teams.

This 10-12 week program pays $17 per hour and starts May 25, 2027, with a 40-hour work week. As a current college student graduating in 2027 or 2028, you will be placed in a dynamic, team-based setting and may be eligible for incentives and referrals as you complete intern projects and develop marketing

Qualifications

• Must be a current college/university student graduating Aug/Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Requires at least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to start May 25th 2027 and work 40 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This Summer Internship offers compensation of $17 / hour and is located at an office in the Florence, SC area.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in August/December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
