Job summary

Enterprise in Savannah offers a Management Internship that builds business and leadership skills for university students. From day one, you’ll be paid and work on real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment across Savannah and nearby communities.

• Current college/university student graduating with expected date of 2027 or 2028.
• Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to start May 25, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This Internship opportunity is located within our Savannah market and may support branch locations throughout Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Garden City, Port Wentworth, Rincon, Thunderbolt, Chatham County, Effingham County, Bryan County, and surrounding Coastal Georgia communities.Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the Savannah metropolitan area, with consideration given to the candidate's residence and proximity to available locations. This position pays $18 / hour.

For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
