Job summary

Enterprise seeks a motivated university student for its Management Internship in Midland/Odessa, TX. You will gain real-world experience in leadership, fleet management, and customer service while working alongside seasoned professionals.

This paid, part-time internship pays $18 per hour, runs January 4, 2027 through April 2, 2027, for 25 hours per week. You’ll work on live projects and have opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Midland/Odessa, TX or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
