Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university with graduation Summer 2028.
• Available to work full-time for the 10-week internship.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day business priorities within your assigned function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
• Develop recommendations and insights that support business objectives.
• Build an understanding of Panera's operations, culture, and strategy.
• Participate in leadership development and professional learning experiences.
• Complete a case study project alongside an Executive Sponsor and present recommendations to top leaders at program end.
