Job summary

Panera Bread invites you to join its Summer Internship Program for 2027. This 10-week on-site experience at our Newton, MA Support Center offers hands-on work across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and more, with relocation to Weston, MA planned in July 2027 for a 4‑day onsite requirement.

You’ll contribute to real business priorities, gain leadership development, and present a final case study to executives. Eligibility includes full-time availability and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university with expected Summer 2028 graduation.
• Able to work full-time for the 10-week internship program.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day business priorities within assigned function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
• Develop recommendations and insights supporting business objectives.
• Build understanding of Panera’s operations, culture, and strategy.
• Participate in leadership development and learning experiences.
• Complete a case study project with an Executive Sponsor and present recommendations.
