Job summary

Panera Internship Program – Summer 2027 is a 10-week paid internship at the Newton, MA Support Center with hybrid work, including a relocation to Weston, MA in July 2027 for four days onsite. It offers hands-on experience across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Transformation, Finance, and more.

You will work on real business priorities, develop insights, and participate in leadership development, culminating in a case study presented to executives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university with an expected graduation date in Summer 2028.
• Authorization to work in the United States without immigration-related support or sponsorship.
• Ability to work full-time throughout the 10-week internship program.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day business priorities within your assigned function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
• Develop recommendations and insights that support business objectives.
• Build an understanding of Panera's operations, culture, and strategy.
• Participate in leadership development and professional learning experiences.
• Complete a case study project alongside an Executive Sponsor and present recommendations to top leaders.
