Job summary

PremierAgile Consulting Private Limited is seeking an undergraduate student to analyze data, build reports, and identify insights that drive company-wide strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that shape how the company works and serves customers.

You will gain exposure to agile project management and contribute to sprint planning, scrums, and reviews, with mentoring and professional development opportunities as described.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics or related field.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028 is required.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience working cross-functionally and adapting to changes is a plus.

Your Role

About You

What you'll need:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or university, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028 required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to data visualization, programming, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• $31.00 per hour.
• Paid bi-weekly.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days of employment.
