Job summary

DAVIS is hiring for a construction support role in the DC area. The position offers a path to develop key construction skills in an office or on-site environment with a large general contractor.

You will support project teams, coordinate scopes of work, and assist with O&M manuals, submittals, and change orders. Requirements include pursuing a degree in construction-related fields, strong time management, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Compile O&M manuals

Prepare change orders

Review shop and contract drawings

Attend owner and subcontractor meetings
