Job summary

Crothall Healthcare Environmental Services Internship offers exposure to hospital operations, frontline leadership, and patient experience initiatives. You will work with leaders in Environmental Services, assist in scheduling, training, and vendor relations, and contribute to a safe, clean hospital environment.

This paid internship provides hands-on experience in a real-world healthcare support setting and a pathway to future opportunities within Crothall and Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college/university junior or senior.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral presentations.
• Maintain organization and establish priorities in a changing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in Crothall Healthcare Accelerated Manager Program after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards.
• Maintain a safe department environment.
• Respond to concerns with urgency and take corrective action.
• Ensure facility security is maintained.
• Identify and address quality assurance concerns.
