Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, Marshfield Medical Center, is offering a Summer 2027 Environmental Services Internship. The paid internship provides hands-on experience in hospital operations, including frontline team coordination, safety, and patient experience initiatives.

You will work closely with Environmental Services leaders, develop operations skills, and explore a potential Accelerated Manager Program after graduation. This paid intern position does not include PTO or traditional benefits.

Qualifications

• This position requires currently enrolled college juniors or seniors.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Customer service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards in the Environmental Services function.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Address concerns with urgency and take corrective action when needed.
• Help ensure facility security integrity at all times.
• Assist in quality assurance efforts and follow up on issues.
• Assist staff with orientation and ongoing training.
• Provide guidance and motivate associates to perform at their best.
• Handle special requests or projects as assigned
