Job summary

Gulfstream invites collegiate interns to the Summer 2027 Customer Completion & Delivery program in Savannah. The role supports outfitting, delivery readiness, and customer-facing processes during aircraft completion and handover.

Interns shadow team leaders, review completion packages, and assist across departments to meet Gulfstream quality standards. Strong communication and Excel/Word/presentation skills are valued, along with on-site presence and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding) must be listed on resume.

Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure aircraft meets specifications and Gulfstream quality standards.
• Monitor progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights.
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery (Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions).
• Collaborate with departments to research customer requests.
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package for engineering, construction and delivery.
• Develop knowledge of product line and aircraft systems.
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred.
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools.
• Special projects as needed.

• Completion of sophomore year is required prior to the internship start date.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
• Rotation Requirements: Juniors 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students 1 rotation.
• Minimum duration: 12-14 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).
• Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
