Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation offers a Summer 2027 Cust Completions - Collegiate Associate internship in STL. You will support Customer Completion Executives and Delivery Managers on daily tasks and help elevate the customer experience as part of a fast-paced aviation team.

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program, maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher, and be onsite for the 12–16 week internship. This paid role provides mentorship and hands-on project exposure.

• Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).

Responsabilidades

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards.
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights.
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests.
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Associate tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the position

Assist Customer Completion Executives and Customer Delivery Managers on daily tasks. Work on processes to elevate the customer experience.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft suite of products. Communication Skills, organization and planning skills.

Projects

Assist with completion flights, assist with deliveries to include delivery ceremonies. Work on several Microsoft Teams Projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
• Special projects as needed

• Seeking a degree in international business, business administration, aeonautical engineering, business management or relative area.
