Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in St. Louis is seeking a Collegiate Associate internship to support Customer Completion and Delivery teams. You will assist executives and managers with daily tasks to elevate the customer experience.

On-site internship with opportunities to develop leadership, technical, and project management skills in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Student pursuing a degree relevant to business or engineering with interest in aviation.
• Ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure aircraft is built to specification and meets Gulfstream quality standards.
• Monitor progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights.
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests.
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft.
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems.
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred.
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools.
• Special projects as needed.

About the position

Assist Customer Completion Executives and Customer Delivery Managers on daily tasks. Work on processes to elevate the customer experience.

Preferred Skills

Projects

Assist with completion flights, assist with deliveries to include delivery ceremonies. Work on several Microsoft Teams Projects.
