Job summary

Empower invites rising actuarial students to join our Corporate Actuarial Internship in Hartford, CT for 10 weeks. You will support actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic analysis alongside experienced teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience, present your work to leaders, and develop skills in data validation, trend analysis, and tools used across the company. In-person, full-time hours, with mentorship and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university (Bachelor's or Master's program)
• Minimum GPA required not specified; typical internship GPA expectations apply
• Available for full 10-week program (June 2 – August 6, 2027)
• Must reside near Hartford, CT or be able to commute to Hartford (in-person)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
