Job summary

Refuah Health Center in South Fallsburg, NY, seeks a licensed clinician to provide high‑quality urgent care. You will perform exams, orders, and documentation for a high‑volume setting, with collaboration across a care team.

Requirements include an MD/DO, NYS license, NY DEA registration, and BLS. Daytime hours with one evening/weekend availability. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic school.
• Active, unrestricted NYS medical license.
• Active NY DEA Registration.
• Board certified/eligible in area of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of practicing independently in area of practice.
• Hours: Daytime, one evening per week, Fridays and available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exam, assessment, and treatment of acute and sub-acute patients in a high volume urgent care setting.
• Appropriate ordering and interpreting of imaging and laboratory testing.
• Proper and complete documentation of patient visits in a timely manner.
• Skills in procedures including suturing, I&D, and splinting welcomed but not required.
• Work in collaboration with other providers as part of a care team in a team-based environment.
