Job summary

Refuah Health Center in South Fallsburg, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a regular, full-time role. You will provide general patient care across our facilities and support preventive and acute care needs.

We offer a $10K sign-on bonus for full-time, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, a 403B plan, and generous PTO with holidays, plus CME support and loan forgiveness options.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license required.
• BLS certification.
• Two years RN experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English clearly.
• Willingness to drive to multiple locations as needed.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Software.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for clinical procedures.

Internal Medicine Physician Responsibilities:

• Provides general medical care to health center patients.
• Evaluates patient’s health status and initiates therapeutic and preventive measures.
• Educates patients by teaching preventative care.
• Documents patients’ history and treatments.
• Performs medical triage.
• Stabilizes emergencies prior to hospitalization.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests. Follows-up on patients.
• When appropriate, refers patients to specialists or other physicians.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse License
• BLS certified
• Two years' experience as an RN preferred but not required
• Chronic Care Management
• Ability and willingness to drive to all locations as needed based on the health center needs
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with others and works effectively to solve problems and issues
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform a variety of clinical procedures relevant to practice area
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards
• Ability to use basic electronic data entry and retrieval system
• Experience with Electronic Medical Software
• Eligible to Work in the US
