Job summary

Refuah Health Center in Monsey, NY is seeking experienced clinicians (MDs, DOs, NPs & PAs) to join our urgent/acute care team at the Monsey site. This is a part-time opportunity with a salary range of $117,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required, in good standing.
• Active NYS medical license required.
• Active NY DEA Registration required.
• Board certified or eligible in area of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of practicing independently in its area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, assessment, and treatment of acute and sub-acute patients in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Appropriate ordering and interpreting of imaging and laboratory testing.
• Proper and complete documentation of patient visits in a timely manner.
• Skills in procedures including suturing, I&D, and splinting welcomed but not required.
• Work in collaboration with other providers as part of a care team in a team-based environment.

About Urgent Care/Acute Care

• Multiple nurses per shift
• On-Site Lab
• On-Site X-Ray with Radiologist over-read
• Multiple specialties on site for consultation
• No nightly call
