Job summary

Levy Sector at Ryan Field is seeking a Suites Supervisor to oversee luxury service within premium suites and VIP areas. You will lead a hospitality team, ensure top-tier service standards, and manage day-of-event operations to create memorable guest experiences for donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

• Conduct pre-event briefings.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Oversee event-day operations.
• Coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities teams.
• Monitor staffing levels and deploy staff effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
