Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Seasonal PT Suites Runner to deliver food from production kitchens to the Suites department on two floors, ensuring quick, accurate service and guest satisfaction. You will stock alcohol and beverages, read tickets, and coordinate with servers and culinary teams to uphold quality.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working mainly afternoons and evenings during events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food & beverage as a busser or food runner for at least 2 years.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchens to Suites department on two floors in a timely manner.
• Stock alcohol, water and soda; read kitchen tickets to ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate guest requests to the Suites department and assist servers and culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas; comply with health and safety standards.
• Provide arena information to guests and assist with general crowd management.
• Perform other duties as assigned; schedule includes afternoons, evenings and 60% event availability.

Responsibilities

• The Seasonal PT Suites Runner is responsible for delivering food from the production kitchens to Suites department on 2 floors as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure great guest experiences.
• They also will stock all alcohol, water & soda.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to Suites department in a timely and organized manner utilizing key information on kitchen tickets.
• Facilitate communication between the servers and culinary team.
• Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience - Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service –
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to Suites department immediately.
• Responsible for assisting in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas.
• Provide guidance to guests including general arena information.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• 60% event availability; schedule published on Ball Arena website. Primarily afternoons and evenings. Christmas, Playoffs, NCAA, opening days, prep days, all Sunday inclusive dates, and all other mandatory dates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner for at least two(2) years
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Ability to walk without aid up to 50lbs on a continuous basis, ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds, lift cases of alcohol & lift full chafers with 2 hands for the majority of the shift, bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, reach while stocking and cleaning.
• Ability to be standing and walking for entirety of the shift in a very loud, crowded environment.
